SUBJECT: Resolution Approving Access Agreement with FDEP - 627 S.
Collins Street
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The City's property at 627 S. Collins Street, formerly the locaton of a Petrol Mart gas station, is eligible for clean-up by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) under the State's program. FDEP is requesting that the City execute a Site Access Agreement for FDEP to locate and determine the level of contamination on the property and remove and remediate the contamination.
The term of the access agreement is four years and the agreement may be extended by mutual agreement of the parties if necessary.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City Commission approve a Resolution authorizing the execution of the Site Access Agreement between the City of Plant City and Florida Department of Environmental Protection.

None.
