SUBJECT: Resolution setting a quasi-judicial public hearing on a resolution approving a final plat entitled Hetrick Estates. (PB-2022-47)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The applicant proposes a final plat entitled Hetrick Estates for a three-lot residential subdivision.
There were no objections from reviewing agencies.
On October 25, 2023, the Planning Board found (5-0) the Hetrick Estates subdivision plat (PB-2022-47) consistent with the Plant City Zoning Ordinance (Ch. 102), Subdivision Regulations (Ch. 94), Chapter 177 (Florida Statutes) and the Imagine 2040 Comprehensive Plan and to forward the plat to the City Commission with a recommendation of approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Commission adopt a resolution to set a public hearing for February 26, 2024, on a resolution approving the Hetrick Estates subdivision.
FISCAL IMPACT:
One additional residential dwelling lot.
