FROM: Bill McDaniel, City Manager
SUBJECT: Library Design, Planning, Feasibility Analysis and Rendering Services
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The current Bruton Memorial Library requires expansion and additional amenities to better serve citizens and visitors. Other amenities under consideration include: a large meeting room seating at least 125 patrons for large indoor events, a separate youth area with its own restroom, increased study room and meeting room space, a sensory room and nursing room, and more shelving space.
