SUBJECT: Quasi-judicial public hearing rezoning .30± acres at 1903 W. Oak Avenue (PB-2023-50)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The applicant proposes to rezone a parcel from R-1, Single-family Dwelling district to R-2, Multiple-family Dwelling district. The site is located at 1903 W. Oak Avenue.
On February 28, 2024, the Planning Board voted (6-0) finding the rezoning consistent with Chapter 102, Plant City Code of Ordinances and the Imagine 2040: Plant City Comprehensive Plan and to forward the request to the City Commission with a recommendation of approval.
RECOMMENDATION
That the City Commission adopt an ordinance to rezone .30± acres.
FISCAL IMPACT
Potential for an assisted living facility.
