SUBJECT: Resolution setting a legislative public hearing on an
ordinance amending Section 30-63(b), Plant City Code revising
the Notice of Public Nuisance
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Section 30-63(b), Plant City Code, currently has language in the Notice of Public Nuisance that a lien will be imposed if the costs are not paid within 30 days after receipt of billing. The 30-day time frame is only stated in the notice and not in the remainder of Article III of Chapter 30. The ordinance amends Section 30-63(b) to remove the 30-day language.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Commission adopt a resolution setting public hearing on an Ordinance amending Section 30-63(b), Plant City Code.

None.
