SUBJECT: Budget Amendment for Fiscal Year 2023-24
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
This budget adjustment:
1) Transfers $120,000 from the General Fund to the Fleet Fund to cover the cost of purchasing two new Chevrolet Silverado vehicles for the Building Department.
2) Records the transfer of $105,682 from the General Fund to the Fleet Fund for the approved purchase of two new Ford Explorers for the Police Department.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Commission adopt a resolution to approve an amendment to the budget for the year ending September 30, 2024, which provides for the above adjustment.
