SUBJECT: Resolution excusing the absence of Commissioner Sparkman from regular City Commission meetings
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Commissioner Sparkman is unable to attend the City Commission meeting on June 10, 2024 and will also be unable to attend the City Commission meeting on June 24, 2024, both due to health reasons.
Because of the attendance requirements in Article II, Section 8 of the Plant City Charter, it is necessary that the City Commission excuse said absences by resolution.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Commission adopt a resolution excusing Commissioner Sparkman’s absence.
FISCAL IMPACT:
None.
