SUBJECT: Resolution setting a quasi-judicial public hearing on a resolution approving a final plat entitled Lakeside Station Phase 3 (PB-2023-29).
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The applicant proposes a final plat entitled Lakeside Station Phase 3 for a one lot industrial subdivision.
There were no objections from reviewing agencies.
On June 26, 2024, the Planning Board found (6-0) the Lakeside Station Phase 3 subdivision plat (PB-2023-29) consistent with the Plant City Zoning Ordinance (Ch. 102), Subdivision Regulations (Ch. 94), Chapter 177 (Florida Statutes) and the Imagine 2040 Comprehensive Plan and to forward the plat to the City Commission with a recommendation of approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Commission adopt a resolution to set a public hearing for July 22, 2024, on a resolution approving the Lakeside Station Phase 3 subdivision.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No Impact.
