SUBJECT: Resolution setting a quasi-judicial public hearing on an ordinance for a modification to the Coventry Planned Development District located at 415 North Wilder Road (PB-2024-23).
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The applicant proposes a modification to the Coventry Planned Development District to allow an increase in the number of beds allowed from 15 to 18. The site is located at 415 N. Wilder Road.
On July 24, 2024, the Planning Board voted (4-0) finding the modification consistent with Chapter 102, Plant City Code of Ordinances and the Imagine 2040: Plant City Comprehensive Plan and to forward the request to the City Commission with a recommendation of approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Commission adopt a resolution to set a public hearing for August 26, 2024, on an ordinance for a modification to the Coventry Planned Development District.
