SUBJECT: Quasi-judicial public hearing on an ordinance to rezone 0.14± acres located at 508 Northwest Drane Street (PB-2024-26).
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The applicant proposes to rezone a 0.14± acre parcel from R-2, Multi-family Dwelling district to R-1C, Single-family Dwelling district to allow an accessory dwelling unit. The site is located at 508 Northwest Drane Street.
On July 24, 2024, the Planning Board voted (4-0) finding the rezoning consistent with Chapter 102, Plant City Code of Ordinances and the Imagine 2040: Plant City Comprehensive Plan and to forward the request to the City Commission with a recommendation of approval.
RECOMMENDATION
The City Commission adopt an ordinance to rezone 0.14± acres located at 508 Northwest Drane Street.

No fiscal impact.
