SUBJECT: Public Hearing on Capital Improvement/Asset Management Budget for Fiscal Year 2024-25
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The City Commission held a special meeting on August 21 to discuss the proposed budget, the capital improvement budget, and the asset management program for Fiscal Year 2024-25 and the next four years thereafter.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Commission adopt a capital improvement budget, which includes an asset management program, for Fiscal Year 2024-25 and the next four years thereafter.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and Asset Management Program for Fiscal Year 2024-25 totals $27,068,888, which is part of the total proposed Fiscal Year 2024-25 budget, which is balanced at $125,925,917.
