SUBJECT: Resolution ratifying collective bargaining agreements with International Association of Firefighters Local 2103.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
It is anticipated that the two bargaining units within Fire Rescue will approve the collective bargaining agreements negotiated with the City Manager prior to Monday’s meeting. One agreement is with the positions of Driver/Engineer, Driver/Medic, Fire Inspector, Firefighter/EMT, and Firefighter/Paramedic. The other agreement is with the Fire Captains.
RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the City Commission ratify the agreements.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Fiscal impacts have been included in the budget.
