SUBJECT: Quasi-judicial public hearing on a final plat entitled Fieldstone located at the southeast corner of North Wilder Road and East Sam Allen Road (PB-2024-03)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The applicant proposes a plat entitled Fieldstone creating a 115-lot single-family residential subdivision within the Fieldstone Planned Development District. The proposed subdivision is located at the southeast corner of North Wilder Road and East Sam Allen Road
There were no objections from reviewing agencies.
On September 25, 2024, the Planning Board found (7-0) the Fieldstone final plat (PB-2024-03) consistent with the Plant City Zoning Ordinance (Ch. 102), Subdivision Regulations (Ch. 94), Chapter 177 (Florida Statutes) and the Imagine 2040 Comprehensive Plan and to forward the plat to the City Commission with a recommendation of approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Commission adopt a resolution approving the Fieldstone subdivision.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Increased potential for Residential Development (115 lots).
