SUBJECT: CRA Budget Amendment for Fiscal Year 2024-25
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
As of September 30, 2024, there is a fund balance of $6,861,108 available in the Community Redevelopment Agency Fund. Of that amount $61,528 is committed for open encumbrances. The remaining $6,799,580 is specified in the attached resolution for purposes outlined in the Community Redevelopment Plan.
This budget adjustment appropriates the funding to various accounts within the CRA Fund for expenditure in Fiscal Year 2024-25.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Community Redevelopment Agency Board adopt a resolution to amend the budget for Fiscal Year 2024-25.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The details accounts within the CRA Fund are included in the attached resolution.
