SUBJECT: Resolution setting public hearing on ordinance vacating portion of utility easement located within Section 27 and 34, Township 28 South, Range 22 East, Hillsborough County, Florida.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Lakeside Station, LLC has requested that the City vacate a portion of a utility easement located within Lakeside Station. The portion to be vacated is not necessary for the City’s uses, and is located where Lakeside Station, LLC plans to construct townhomes.
RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the City Commission set a public hearing for November 25, 2024 on the ordinance vacating a portion of the utility easement.
FISCAL IMPACT:
None.
