SUBJECT: Quasi-judicial public hearing on a resolution approving a final plat entitled Central Florida Commerce Park Phase 4 (PB-2024-01).
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The applicant proposes a final plat entitled Central Florida Commerce Park Phase 4 for a two-lot industrial subdivision.
There were no objections from reviewing agencies.
On August 28, 2024, the Planning Board found (4-0) the Central Florida Commerce Park Phase 4 subdivision plat (PB-2024-01) consistent with the Plant City Zoning Ordinance (Ch. 102), Subdivision Regulations (Ch. 94), Chapter 177 (Florida Statutes) and the Imagine 2040 Comprehensive Plan and to forward the plat to the City Commission with a recommendation of approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Commission adopt a resolution approving the Central Florida Commerce Park Phase 4 subdivision.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Increased potential for industrial development.
