SUBJECT: Resolution setting a quasi-judicial public hearing on a resolution approving a final plat entitled Holloway Landing (PB-2023-25)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The applicant proposes a final plat entitled Holloway Landing for a 87-lot single family detached residential subdivision. This plat is located on the west side of Jap Tucker Road north of Sparkman Road.
There were no objections from reviewing agencies.
On September 25, 2024, the Planning Board found (7-0) the Holloway Landing plat (PB-2023-25) consistent with the Plant City Zoning Ordinance (Ch. 102), Subdivision Regulations (Ch. 94), Chapter 177 (Florida Statutes) and the Imagine 2040 Comprehensive Plan and to forward the plat to the City Commission with a recommendation of approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Commission adopt a resolution to set a public hearing for December 9, 2024, on a resolution approving the Holloway Landing subdivision.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Potential for 87 single family residential lots.
