SUBJECT: CIP Budget Adjustment for Fiscal Year 2024-25
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
This CIP budget adjustment transfers $45,000 from CIP # ST009 - Sidewalk Replacement to CIP # CS013 - CDBG 2023-24 - Woodrow Wilson Sidewalk Project. The CDBG Grant will provide $300,000 for construction of this project. Since Hillsborough County has not released these funds, allocation of City funds to this project will allow the City to proceed with design and survey of the area to be “shovel ready” when the contract is approved. Once the project is complete, any residual funds in CIP # CS013 will be transferred back to CIP # ST009.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Commission adopt a resolution to approve an amendment to the Capital Improvement Budget for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025, and the next four years.
