SUBJECT: CIP Budget Adjustment for Fiscal Year 2024-25
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
This CIP budget adjustment adds $100,000 to CIP # SW030 - Roseland Park Project. Based on Change Order 2 with Kamminga & Roodvoets, Inc., this additional amount will cover the changes outlined in the agenda report, which include the redesign of portions of McDonald Street and N. Roseland Avenue.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Commission adopt a resolution to approve an amendment to the Capital Improvement Budget for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025, and the next four years.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Funding for this item is listed on the attached resolution.
