SUBJECT: Addition of new rate categories to the City’s continuing agreement with Kisinger Campo & Associates, Corp.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
On June 14, 2021, the City Commission approved forty continuing contracts for engineering services in ten (10) different categories. Kisinger Campo & Associates, Corp. (KCA) was one of the awardees in the categories of General Engineering, Transportation Engineering, and Stormwater Engineering.
KCA has requested three (3) new rate categories be added to the continuing contract. These categories are:
Position/Titles Loaded Labor Rates
Senior Engineering Technician $97.80 - $115.20
Senior Certified Bridge Inspector $100.80 - $163.92
Assistant Bridge Inspector $54.00 - $77.25
Staff reviewed the request and determined it to be acceptable. All other rate categories, terms, and provisions of the contract remain unchanged.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Commission authorize the City Manager to convey acceptance of the addition of the Senior Engineering Technician, Senior Certified Bridge Inspector, and Assistant Bridge Inspector rate categories to the contract with KCA for continuing engineering services.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Funds will be available in the various funds associated with the work to be accomplished.
