SUBJECT: WSP USA Environment & Infrastructure, Inc. to WSP USA, Inc.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
On June 14, 2021, the City Commission approved forty continuing contracts for engineering services in ten different categories. Wood Environmental & Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. (Wood) was one of the awardees in the categories of General Engineering and Stormwater.
On November 28, 2022, the City Commission approved acceptance of WSP Global, Inc’s. acquisition of Wood Environmental & Infrastructure Solutions, Inc.
Staff has been notified that WSP Global, Inc. is now doing business as WSP USA, Inc. Staff reviewed the qualifications submittal from WSP USA, Inc. and determined it’s suitable for use as the acquisition was administrative in nature and the expertise, staff, and resources remain unchanged.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City Commission authorize the City Manager to convey acceptance of WSP Global, Inc. to WSP USA, Inc.

None.
