SUBJECT: Evoqua Water Technologies, LLC to Xylem, Inc.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The City contracts with Evoqua Water Technologies, LLC (Evoqua) for supply and delivery of Odor and Corrosion control chemicals used at the Water Reclamation Facility. Staff has been notified that Evoqua is now doing business as Xylem, LLC.
Staff reviewed the qualifications submittal from Xylem and determined it’s suitable for use as the change was administrative in nature and the expertise, staff, and resources serving the City remain unchanged.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Commission authorize the City Manager to convey acceptance of the Odor and Corrosion control chemicals provider going from Evoqua Water Technologies, LLC to Xylem, LLC.

None.
