SUBJECT: Griner Engineering, Inc. to Orchard, Hiltz & McCliment, Inc., d/b/a OHM Advisors
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
On June 14, 2021, the City Commission approved forty continuing contracts for engineering services in ten different categories. Griner Engineering, Inc. (Griner) was one of the awardees in the category of Electrical.
Staff has been notified that Griner is now doing business as Orchard, Hiltz & McCliment, Inc., d/b/a OHM Advisors (OHM). Staff reviewed the qualifications submittal from OHM and determined it is suitable for use as the acquisition was administrative in nature and the expertise, staff, and resources remain unchanged.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Commission authorize the City Manager to convey acceptance of Griner Engineering, Inc. to Orchard, Hiltz & McCliment, Inc., d/b/a OHM.

None.
