EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

The Plant City Police Department maintains several Mutual Aid Agreements with various surrounding agencies to respond effectively to multiple situations and violations of Florida Statutes. Examples include civil disturbances, large protest demonstrations, aircraft disasters, fires, natural or man-made disasters, security and crowd control at sporting events, concerts, parades, special events, escape from detention facilities, incidents requiring specialized units and duty assignments for which the requesting agency is unable to fill and needs support personnel to ensure the safety of the public and first responders.
