AGENDA REPORT
DATE: March 10, 2025
TO: City Commission
FROM: Bill McDaniel, City Manager
SUBJECT: As-Needed Utilities Construction Services
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The Utilities Department (Utilities) would like to piggyback Polk County Contract 2024-084 with Killebrew, Inc. for planned and unplanned projects. These projects include, but are not limited to, the installation, repair, and rehabilitation of the water distribution system, reclaimed water distribution system, and collection system.

The term of the agreement is through November 4, 2029, and will be used on an as-needed basis for projects in compliance with FSS 255.20.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Commission authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with Killebrew, Inc., via piggyback of Polk County Contract 2024-084, for as-needed Utilities Construction Services.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Individual consultant work orders will be issued and use the budgeted funds in various capital accounts.
