SUBJECT: Budget Amendment for Fiscal Year 2024-25
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
This budget adjustment appropriates:
1. $1,192,058 in the ARPA Fund based on unencumbered funds at the end of fiscal year 2024. This will be the final year for this annual appropriation.
2. $9,647,592 in the Transportation Surtax Fund for street resurfacing projects. The funding source is from the State of Florida, Departments of Transportation as outlined in Financial Project Number 454832-1-54-02, called Hillsborough County Surtax Resurfacing Projects.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Commission adopt a resolution to approve an amendment to the budget for the year ending September 30, 2025.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Based on approval, a budget adjustment will be posted with line-item detail as shown on the attached resolution.
