SUBJECT: Budget Amendment for Fiscal Year 2024-25
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
This budget adjustment:
1. Appropriates $4,450,000 from General Fund for the Rowena Mays Athletic Park project.
2. Recognizes Engineering activity related to expedited permitting process with an increase to revenue and expense for $25,000.
3. Appropriates $650,000 for all the final invoices related to hurricane debris hauling. These costs will be reimbursed by FEMA.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Commission adopt a resolution to approve an amendment to the budget for the year ending September 30, 2025.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Based on approval, a budget adjustment will be posted with line-item detail as shown on the attached resolution.
