SUBJECT: Paragon Development Group, LLC to Angelo’s Aggregate Materials, Ltd.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The City contracts with Paragon Development Group, LLC (Paragon) for collection of Class III MSW yard trash. Staff has been notified that Paragon is now doing business as Angelo’s Aggregate Materials, Ltd (Angelo’s).
Staff reviewed the qualifications submittal from Angelo’s and determined it to be suitable for use as the change was administrative in nature and the expertise, staff, and resources serving the City remain unchanged.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Commission authorize the City Manager to convey acceptance of the Class III MSW yard trash provider going from Paragon Development Group, LLC to Angelo’s Aggregate Materials, Ltd.
FISCAL IMPACT:
None.
