SUBJECT: Legislative public hearing on an ordinance vacating a portion of right of way, located South of the intersection of North Knight Street and East Reynolds Street (PB-2024-36).
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The request is to vacate a 45-foot-wide by 240-foot-long portion of right of way located South of the intersection of North Knight Street and East Reynolds Street.
All reviewing agencies and/or departments did not have objections to the proposed right-of-way vacation request.
On January 22, 2023, the Planning Board voted (6-0) to forward the vacate request to the City Commission with a recommendation of approval.
RECOMMENDATION
That the City Commission adopt an ordinance to vacate a portion of right of way.
FISCAL IMPACT
No fiscal impact.
