SUBJECT: Resolution setting a Quasi-judicial public hearing on a resolution approving a final plat entitled Lykes Sound Wall Plant (PB-2024-33)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The applicant proposes a final plat entitled Lykes Sound Wall Plan for a 3-lot industrial subdivision. This plat is located at the southeast corner of Turkey Creek Road and Lykes Road.
There were no objections from reviewing agencies.
On September 25, 2024, the Planning Board found (7-0) the Lykes Sound Wall Plant plat (PB-2024-33) consistent with the Plant City Zoning Ordinance (Ch. 102), Subdivision Regulations (Ch. 94), Chapter 177 (Florida Statutes) and the Imagine 2040 Comprehensive Plan and to forward the plat to the City Commission with a recommendation of approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Commission adopt a resolution setting a quasi-judicial public hearing for April 14, 2025.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Potential for 3 industrial lots.
