SUBJECT: CIP Budget Adjustment for Fiscal Year 2024-25
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
This CIP budget adjustment:
1. Establishes a new project in the CRA district for $140,000, CIP # PK050 - Washington Park. The improvements to this park will be funded from available revenue in the CRA Fund.
2. Appropriates an additional $4,450,000 from General Fund for CIP # PK027 - Rowena Mays Athletic Park.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Commission adopt a resolution to approve an amendment to the Capital Improvement Budget for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025, and the next four years.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Funding for this item is listed on the attached resolution.
