SUBJECT: Resolution approving Annexation Agreement with Walden Pointe Homeowners Association, Inc.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
There are two parcels owned by the Walden Pointe Homeowners Association, Inc. that are located outside of the City limits. The Association has agreed to an annexation agreement, which would allow the two parcels to be annexed once the City determines that each parcel meets the legal requirements for annexation.
The resolution authorizes the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Commission adopt the resolution approving Annexation Agreement with Walden Pointe Homeowners Association, Inc.

None.
