EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

This resolution is to accept the Special Warranty Deed and Easement from Walden Pointe Homeowners Association, Inc. for the public lift station. The purpose of the conveyance is to allow the City to operate, maintain, and repair the public lift station.

The lift station (LS-040) was constructed in 2007, and the City’s Utilities Department has been operating and maintaining it since that time. However, the lift station was not transferred to the City.
