SUBJECT: Legislative public hearing on an ordinance vacating a portion of right of way located between South Jackson Street and Maguire Street, south of Douglas Street (PB-2025-06).
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The request is to vacate a 10-foot-wide by 373 feet-long portion of right of way located between South Jackson Street and Maguire Street, south of Douglas Street.
All reviewing agencies and/or departments did not have objections to the proposed right-of-way vacation request.
On March 26, 2025, the Planning Board voted (7-0) to forward the vacate request to the City Commission with a recommendation of approval.
RECOMMENDATION
That the City Commission adopt an ordinance to vacate a portion of right of way.
FISCAL IMPACT
No fiscal impact.
