SUBJECT: Budget Amendment for Fiscal Year 2024-25
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
This budget adjustment appropriates the following in the Transportation Surtax Fund:
1. $9,500,000 for roadway improvement projects. The funding source is from the State of Florida Department of Transportation as outlined in State-Funded Grant Agreement, Financial Project Number (FPN) 454846-1-54-1.
2. $500,000 for a transportation network study. The funding source is from the State of Florida Department of Transportation as outlined in State-Funded Grant Agreement, Financial Project Number (FPN) 454843-1-14-01.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Commission adopt a resolution to approve an amendment to the budget for the year ending September 30, 2025.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Based on approval, a budget adjustment will be posted with line-item detail as shown on the attached resolution.
