SUBJECT:                     Resolution setting public hearing on an ordinance revising Section 2-34, Plant City Code, to change the time of the regular City Commission meetings.

 

   

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

                                          

At the May 12, 2025 City Commission meeting, Mayor Kilton proposed that the City meeting time for regular City Commission meetings be changed to 6:00 p.m. After discussion, it was the consensus of the City Commission to have the City Attorney prepare an ordinance for first reading at the May 27th meeting.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

The City Commission adopt a resolution setting a public hearing on the proposed ordinance for June 9, 2025.

None.
