SUBJECT: Citywide Janitorial Supplies
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The City contracts with Unifirst Corporation, for Citywide janitorial supplies, through piggyback of Sourcewell contract 040920-UFC. This contract is expiring and is being replaced by Sourcewell contract 011124-UFC. The term of the new contract is through March 25, 2028, with three additional single year renewal options. This action is administrative in nature, as the service provider and price list stays the same under the new Sourcewell contract. The annual usage is approximately $45,000.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Commission authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with Unifirst Corporation, for Citywide janitorial supplies, via piggyback of Sourcewell Contract RFP011124-UFC.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The annual cost for this service is budgeted in the various department/divisions that purchase the uniforms.
