AGENDA REPORT
DATE: June 23, 2025
TO: City Commission
FROM: Bill McDaniel, City Manager
SUBJECT: As-Needed Industrial Maintenance and Repair Services
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The City owns and operates one (1) Water Reclamation Facility, one (1) Dechlorination Facility, four (4), soon to be five (5), Water Treatment Plants, and fifty-two (52) lift stations. These facilities require routine repairs and maintenance that are sometimes beyond the scope of our in-house maintenance staff.
H2 Enviro Solutions LLC, doing business as H2Solutions, provides all labor, materials, supervision, tools, equipment, and vehicles to perform repairs and maintenance. The City may procure these services from H2Solutions through a piggyback agreement on the Manatee County's IFB No. 25-R086189ED, titled Industrial Maintenance and Repair Services.
The term of this agreement extends through April 15, 2028, with two single-year renewal options.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Commission authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with H2 Enviro Solutions LLC, doing business as H2Solutions, via piggyback of Manatee County's Agreement No. 25-R086189ED, for as-needed industrial maintenance and repair services.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Funds are available in the various Asset Management projects in the Water/Sewer Fund.
