SUBJECT: Maintained Road Right-of-Way Map - Portion of South Woodrow Wilson Street
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Since South Woodrow Wilson Street was constructed, the City has regularly maintained and repaired the road. A title search reveals that improvements constructed around 2002 occupied an additional area may not have been formally conveyed to the City. The Maintained Right of Way map accurately reflects the maintained eastern boundary between the CSX railroad and Airport Road. Pursuant to Florida Statutes (F.S) 95.361, the maintained right-of-way limits of the road shall be deemed dedicated to the public.
This map will be filed with the Hillsborough County Clerk of Court & Comptroller, which will later be reflected on the Hillsborough County Property Appraiser GIS.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Commission adopt a resolution to accept and approve the map that illustrates a correct representation of the eastern right-of-way portion of South Woodrow Wilson Street between the CSX railroad to Airport Road.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
