SUBJECT: Budget Amendment for Fiscal Year 2024-25
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
At the August 25 meeting, the City Commission authorized the use of Community Investment Tax funds for the purchase and related acquisition costs for property totaling approximately 74.01 acres on Knights Griffin Road. To support that action, this budget adjustment appropriates $3,600,000 in the CIT Fund.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Commission adopt a resolution to approve an amendment to the budget for the year ending September 30, 2025.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Based on approval, a budget adjustment will be posted with line-item detail as shown on the attached resolution.
