SUBJECT: Stormwater Pipe Lining Project
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Following a recent inspection, the City Stormwater Department has identified substantial deficiencies in approximately 225 feet of 30-inch stormwater piping along Pine Club Drive. To address these issues efficiently and cost-effectively, the department recommends proceeding under the existing contract with Flotech Environmental, LLC to install a pipe lining solution. The quote for this repair, in accordance with the current agreement, is $59,175.00.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Commission authorize the City Manager to execute a Work Order with Flotech Environmental, LLC, pursuant to Stormwater Sewer Rehabilitation Agreement No. 25-053SS-CSPB, in the amount of $59,175.00, for the rehabilitation of approximately 225 feet of 30-inch stormwater pipe along Pine Club Drive.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Funds are available in the Stormwater Capital Improvement Fund, Org # 34756601, Obj # 434000, CIP # SW014 – Stormwater Drainage Pipe Rehabilitation.
