SUBJECT: Easement Agreement with the School Board of Hillsborough County, Florida for Rick Lott Technical College.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The City of Plant City Utilities Department maintains meters and backflow preventer assemblies located throughout the City. The easement agreement is for the meter and backflow preventer located at 1690 East Park Road (Rick Lott Technical College). The Utilities Department will maintain these facilities within the proposed easement.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Commission adopt a resolution approving the Easement Agreement, and authorizing the Mayor to execute same on behalf of the City.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The meters and backflow preventer assembies will be added to the Utilities Department inventory and included in the maintenance program schedule.
