SUBJECT: Traffic Signal Cabinet Upgrade Installation Services
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Optimizing signalization upgrades is a continuing priority of Traffic Operations Department. The City was awarded funding through LA-TAP's grant for seventeen (17) newly designed traffic signal cabinets. Through Invitation for Bid No. 25-059TR-FB-IFB, the City can utilize Straight Line Loops, Inc. for installation services needed to fullfil all grant requirements.
The term of this Agreement will commence on the effective date and shall commence the performance of this Contract within thirty (30) calendar days of the City’s written notice to proceed. The firm shall diligently continue its performance to and until final completion of the project at a cost of $102,000.00.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Commission authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with Straight Line Loops, LLC, via bid 25-059TR-FB-IFB, for traffic signal cabinet upgrade installation services in the amount of $102.000.00.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Funds are available in CIP # TR008 - Traffic Signal Cabinet Upgrade.
