SUBJECT: Expert Security Professionals, LLC contract amendment
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
On March 24, 2020, the City Commission entered into an agreement with Expert Security Professionals, LLC for security & fire alarm monitoring of City buildings. Since that date, several buildings have been added to the services being provided. An amendment to the agreement is needed.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Commission authorize the City Manager to amend the agreement with Expert Security Professionals, LLC to add these additional locations: Tournament Management Facility, Fire Station 1, Fire Station 2, Fire Station 3, Solid Waste/Utility Maintenance (SWUM), Streets & Stormwater, and Traffic.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Budget is available under the Other Contractual Services line item within the departments that utilize the service.
