SUBJECT: Safe and Sound Hillsborough Interlocal Agreement
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
On February 9, 2015, the City Commission authorized the Mayor to execute an agreement relating to the financial support of Safe & Sound Hillsborough (Resolution 27-2015). Similar agreements have been approved by the City Commission through September 30, 2025. The proposed interlocal agreement will extend through September 30, 2028.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Commission adopt a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Safe & Sound Hillsborough specifying the City's financial support of $4,512.00 for three years.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Funds are available in the General Fund, Org # 00151901, Obj # 434000 - Special Appropriations: Other Contractual Services.
