SUBJECT: Budget Amendment for Fiscal Year 2025-26
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
This budget adjustment appropriates $1,500,000 to the Facilities Department for improvements to the 1914 Building. The various authorized improvements are outlined in the Hillsborough County Grant agreement. The City received the revenue and will comply with reporting until the project scope is complete. The roof replacement for $446,884 is included in the agenda.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Commission adopt a resolution to approve an amendment to the budget for the year ending September 30, 2026, which provides for the above adjustment.
