SUBJECT: CIP Budget Adjustment for Fiscal Year 2025-26
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
This CIP budget adjustment establishes a new project (CIP # FM002) and provides funding for the 1914 Building Improvements.
The revenue source associated with the project is the Hillsborough County Grant ($1,500,000), which has been posted to the General Fund.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Commission adopt a resolution to approve an amendment to the Capital Improvement Budget for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, and the next four years.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Funding for this item is listed on the attached resolution.
