SUBJECT: CRA Budget Amendment for Fiscal Year 2025-26
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
As of September 30, 2025, there is a fund balance of $8,527,948 available in the Community Redevelopment Agency Fund. Of that amount $866,707 is committed for open encumbrances and $3,499,177 has been reappropriated. The remaining $4,162,064 is specified in the attached resolution for purposes outlined in the Community Redevelopment Plan.
This budget adjustment appropriates the funding to various accounts within the CRA Fund for expenditure in Fiscal Year 2025-26.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Community Redevelopment Agency Board adopt a resolution to amend the budget for Fiscal Year 2025-26.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The detail accounts within the CRA Fund are included in the attached resolution.
