SUBJECT: Gilchrist Park Pavilion Replacements
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Gilchrist Park has two park pavilions that require replacement due to age and normal wear and tear. Two 16' X 16' replacement pavilions have been designed.
Utilizing the City's continuing contract 25-040PK-JG-PB for Playground and Park Site Furnishings, staff has developed Work Order 25-040PK-JG-PB-04, with Rep Services, Inc., for Gilchrist Park Shelter Replacement, for $103,116.28.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Commission authorize the City Manager to execute Work Order 25-040PK-JG-PB-04, with Rep Services, Inc., for $103,116.28.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Funds are available in the CIT Fund, CIP # RC008- Playground Improvements.
