SUBJECT: Eurofins Environment Testing Southeast, LLC to Eurofins
Drinking Water and Wastewater Southeast, LLC
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The City contracts with Eurofins Environment Testing Southeast, LLC for laboratory testing at their location at 481 Newburyport Avenue, Altamonte Springs, FL 32701. Staff has been notified that Eurofins Environment Testing Southeast, LLC is restructuring their business and has proposed to business as Eurofins Drinking Water and Wastewater Southeast, LLC. The City's contract requires approval by the City Commission to assign the contract. The company has requested the City's consent to the assignment.
Staff reviewed the qualifications submittal from Eurofins Drinking Water and Wastewater Southeast, LLC and determined it's suitable for use as the change was administrative in nature and the expertise, staff, and resources serving the City remain unchanged.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Commission authorize the City Manager to convey acceptance of the laboratory testing from Eurofins Environment Testing Southeast, LLC to Eurofins Drinking Water and Wastewater Southeast, LLC.

None.
